While there is still much work to be done, it is important for women to acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of the brave, resilient activists who worked to make it happen. Over the past few decades, feminism and the women's rights movement have made tremendous strides, giving women greater opportunities in multiple areas and even confronting inclusivity issues within the movement itself.
